Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant for our Health Center in Pleasanton, CA. Expect a 8:00am-5:00pm schedule, Monday to Friday, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

You will conduct exams, manage care plans, perform procedures, and coordinate with a team to keep patients healthy. Responsibilities include ordering tests, interpreting results, educating patients, and referring to specialists when needed. A strong emphasis on accurate records and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current NCCPA national certification required.
• ARC-PA accredited program degree.
• Federal DEA license as applicable.
• State narcotics license if required in your state.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Performs injections, suturing, wound care and infection management.
• Develops patient care plans and records progress for continuity of care.
• Educates patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribes or recommends treatments including medications.
• Refers patients to specialists as needed.
• Maintains accurate health records and documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
