Overview

Concentra, the largest occupational health care company in the country, is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support our outpatient center in Erlanger, KY, within the greater Cincinnati metro area, on a per diem PRN basis. Shifts are available Monday through Friday during business hours and Saturday half-days. In this role, you will be the primary provider for examinations, working closely with patients to deliver impactful treatments based on collaborative review and interpretation of exam results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accreditation standards.
• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with Concentra’s medical model.
• Establish and monitor appropriate levels of care.
• Complete all medical documentation prior to shift end.
• Collaborate with the Center Medical Director to ensure standards of care are met.
• Identify potential growth opportunities for services.
• Participate in quality management discussions and reviews.
• Follow up with clients and patients regarding treatment and well-being.
• Provide guidance in the absence of the Center Medical Director.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in primary care, occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine preferred.
• Licensure and DEA registration in Ohio and KY.
• DOT/FMCSA certification (active or willing to obtain).
• Graduate of an accredited PA or CRNP program.
• Board Certification.
• Occupational Medicine experience is preferred but training will be provided to qualified candidates.
