Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to work under physician supervision in diverse urology settings. You will perform exams, order tests, diagnose, prescribe medications, and contribute to patient education and care coordination.

The role requires a PA or NP with a Bachelor’s and accredited PA program, plus several years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a clinic environment. Travel within local offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and completion of an accredited physician assistant program.
• Four years of healthcare experience prior to PA training, plus one year of experience as PA, preferably in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical exams, orders and interprets tests, prescribes medications, treats illnesses, and performs injections and suturing.
• Monitors therapies and provides continuity of care.
• Triages patient calls and evaluates problems, responding to emergencies including CPR.
• Counsels patients/families on preventive health care.
• Documents patient information and care in medical records and may support research data.
