• Order and interpret labs and imaging as needed for patient care.
• Serve as integral member of the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) coordinating with nursing, pharmacy, social work and others.
• Participate in daily team huddles and systems redesign projects.
• Supervise or collaborate with licensed independent practitioners (e.g., APRN, PA) and provide clinical oversight.
