Job summary

First Choice Community Healthcare INC is seeking a Physician Assistant to deliver primary medical and preventive care under supervision across multiple health centers in New Mexico. The role focuses on underserved populations, chronic disease management, and health promotion.

The PA will perform examinations, order diagnostics, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and supervise staff while coordinating with physicians. Travel within the Albuquerque metropolitan area may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program is required.
• Current NM certification/licensure as a Physician Assistant, CPR, and board eligibility as applicable.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred and clinically effective communication skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical and preventive care under supervision.
• Perform exams, order tests, diagnose and treat illnesses across age groups.
• Prescribe medications and manage medical records with attention to safety and quality.
