Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Physician Assistant up to full performance level to provide comprehensive patient care within an interdisciplinary healthcare team in Wisconsin.

Expect responsibilities spanning patient history, examinations, planning and treatment, and continuous improvement of clinical practices. Qualified applicants will have a PA license, pass PANCE, and meet VA qualification standards; EDRP eligibility may apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or BA/BS with one year PA experience.
• Must have passed PANCE or be in process to take it.
• Currently hold or will hold full, unrestricted PA license in the United States or DC.

Responsibilities

• Apply PA practice principles to provide care for assigned patients.
• Perform patient history and physical examinations.
• Formulate plans and deliver treatment.
• Deliver patient care that reflects current medical knowledge and practices.
