The Indian Health Service in the United States is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. You will deliver patient-centered care in outpatient settings, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and comprehensive treatment, with opportunities for teaching and leadership.

This role requires master’s level PA education, NCCPA certification, and an unrestricted license; you may face rotating shifts and background checks.

Formación

• Master of Physician Assistant Studies or related master's degree.
• Active NCCPA certification and maintenance of CME.
• Graduation from ARC-PA accredited PA program.
• Current PA license in the United States/territories.

Responsabilidades

• Provides comprehensive therapeutic and preventative health services in outpatient settings.
• Identifies and manages illnesses and preventive aspects of care.
• Familiarizes self with community health characteristics and orients staff and leaders on health care issues.
• Teaches and precepts other health care workers and students.
