Physician Assistant – Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Power Health Colorado is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary medical team. This position is ideal for a PA who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment and wants exposure to physical medicine and rehabilitation, musculoskeletal medicine, electrodiagnostic testing, interventional procedures, and comprehensive injury care.
The Physician Assistant will work closely with our PM&R physicians and broader clinical team in the evaluation and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal, neurologic, spine, and injury-related conditions. Our model brings multiple disciplines together under one organization, allowing providers to coordinate care across medical, rehabilitation, and ancillary services.
This is a multi-location position. Regular travel between Power Health Colorado locations is required, including Aurora, Brighton, Wheat Ridge, and North Colorado.

The PA in this position must be comfortable communicating across disciplines and helping move patients through a coordinated treatment plan rather than working within an isolated provider model.
This is not a single-location position.
The PA will be expected to provide clinical coverage across multiple Power Health Colorado locations, including:
The specific schedule may vary based on provider coverage, patient demand, and operational needs. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations are required.
We are looking for a PA who is clinically strong, dependable, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of their patient schedule. The right candidate should enjoy working closely with physicians while also being capable of independently managing appropriate patient visits within their scope of practice.
This role is particularly well suited for someone interested in building deeper experience in PM&R, musculoskeletal medicine, spine care, procedures, and electrodiagnostic medicine while working within a growing multidisciplinary organization.
