SUMMARY OF POSITION: Join the pediatric hematology team at Penn State Health and provide compassionate, evidence-based care to children and adolescents with benign hematologic disorders. We are seeking a collaborative and patient-centered Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to support outpatient, inpatient, and infusion-based pediatric hematology services.
The Pediatric Hematology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) delivers comprehensive care to pediatric patients with benign hematologic disorders in collaboration with pediatric hematology physicians and a multidisciplinary care team. Responsibilities include clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, patient and family education, and coordination of care across the continuum.
