The role requires a Bachelor's degree, ARC-PA accredited program, NY license, NCCPA certification, and BLS. The PA collaborates with physicians and the care team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Mansioni

• Take initial patient histories and perform physical examinations.
• Initiate and document the plan of care and coordinate follow-up.
• Perform daily patient rounds; order labs and tests.
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic results and communicate with the care team.
• Discharge planning: document summaries, prescriptions, referrals.
• Provide post-discharge care instructions to patients.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and nursing staff to ensure quality care.
