AdventHealth Tampa in Tampa, FL, provides comprehensive primary, acute, and extended care services across multiple specialties. This role supports clinical operations by coordinating patient care with physicians and an interdisciplinary team while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's from an accredited Physician Assistant program, have 1+ year of related experience, and possess strong communication, leadership, and patient education skills.

Job Description Summary:

Conducts assessments, diagnoses health conditions, implements clinical interventions, and evaluates patient responses to care. The role supports clinical operations by coordinating patient care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Delivers exceptional customer service and contributes to a respectful, team-based care environment.
