Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our outstanding primary care team in Texas. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work blocks and the opportunity to practice meaningful primary care within a large integrated health system.

You will work closely with physicians and a care team to build lasting patient relationships, manage acute and preventive care, and participate in population health initiatives. Texas licensure and NCCPA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Grad of an Accredited PA program.
• Experience: 2 years of experience.
• Certification/license/registration: Texas PA license or eligibility, NCCPA certification, BLS and DEA within required timelines.

Essential Functions Of The Role

As a Primary Care PA, you'll care for patients across the spectrum of acute, chronic, and preventive medicine. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while working closely with physicians and an experienced care team.

Your Role Will Include

Key Success Factors

We’re looking for a collaborative, compassionate PA who enjoys practicing primary care and building strong relationships with patients and colleagues.

• Current Texas Physician Assistant license
• NCCPA certification
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer
• DEA
• Ability to meet applicable credentialing and privileging requirements
• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant (NCCPA).
