We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Float Pool Position in our Inland Northwest Region Clinics. This is a float position supporting our urgent care clinics.

Locations

Airway Heights, Liberty Lake, Millwood (Argonne), Spokane‑Newport Hwy (North), Spokane‑Regal St, Spokane‑Wellesley Ave (Shadle), Spokane Valley, Coeur d’Alene, and Hayden, ID.

Compensation

Earning potential of $200k+, as part of Indigo’s market‑leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

Schedule

8 am‑8 pm, Full‑time & Part‑Time openings between PRN or 8‑14 shifts per month. Schedules are created two months in advance with team input and offer flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.

Requirements

• Washington license (active/good standing) by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years clinical experience (post‑degree) in an UC, ED or FM setting
