A community-focused health provider in Lacey, WA seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for urgent care roles. This position offers attractive earning potential over $200k and includes full-time, part-time, or per diem options with extensive benefits, including various insurance coverage, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have active licensure, certifications, and 2+ years of experience, providing modern, evidence-based care to patients with support from clinical and administrative teams.

Compensation: Earning potential of $200k+, as part of Indigo’s market leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants .

Up to $30k recruiting incentives ; a sign-on bonus is available for clinicians with urgent care or emergency department experience, eligibility for bonus amounts is based on years of experience. A relocation bonus may also be available.

Schedule: Full-time, Part-Time & Per Diem roles between 8-14 shifts per month, open 8am-8pm. Provider schedules are created two months in advance with team input and offer flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.

Position Summary

Requirements

Active state license (active/good standing) by the time of employment

Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Preferred: Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (post degree) in an UC,ED or FM setting

Preferred: Confident in suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x-ray reads, treating all ages, and practicing autonomously –additional training provided as needed
