Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking Physician Assistants (PAs) in Green Bay, Wisconsin, for flexible in-home health assessments. This role allows you to set your own schedule, with a base pay of $70 per completed assessment, and the potential to earn between $420-$900 based on visit volume. We're hiring 1099 PAs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans — just clean assessment work.

• Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state
