Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members.
• Maintain a minimum commitment of 60 hours/month.
• Travel for assessments across multiple counties in the assigned region.

• Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state.
