Accelerated Urgent Care in Fresno, CA is hiring a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for urgent care medicine. The position is employed with full benefits and a 401(k), offering $85/hour with overtime for both full- and part-time schedules.

New grads are welcome and will be trained on-site. Expect to treat four patients per hour across a full spectrum of ages, with on-site X-ray, POC testing, and Experity EMR for quick documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal MSN FNP Program or MS in Health Sciences Physician Assistant Studies.
• CA Medical License active and in good standing with no restrictions.
• CA DEA Certificate in good standing with no restrictions.
• Open to new grads and will train on-site.

Responsibilities

• Family Nurse Practitioners/TAs practice twelve-hour shifts with two 30-minute breaks daily.
• Full-time defined as minimum 12 on-site shifts per month plus 2 on-call shifts per month.
• Part-time minimum of 6 on-site shifts per month with no on-call.
• Treat 4 patients per hour across all ages in a low-acuity urgent care setting.
• Utilize in-house point-of-care testing, X-ray, and EKG; EMR: Experity with Dragon dictation.

Job Overview: We are hiring Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners for our two locations in Fresno, CA.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Family Nurse Practitioners practice twelve-hour (12) shifts with two 30-minute breaks daily
• Full-time is defined as a minimum of 12 on-site shifts per month and 2 on-call shifts per month.
• Part-time is a minimum of 6 on-site shifts per month, and no call
• Treat 4 patients per hour from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care) in a low-acuity setting.
• Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.
• Equipment: We offer In-house Point-of-Care testing, X-ray, and EKG.
• X-ray results are available in the patient's chart within 20 minutes for routine orders.
• Easy-to-use EMR: Experity with Dragon dictation to document all patients in minutes
