Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics in Bloomfield, New Jersey, is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team. The PA will work alongside medical doctors, orthopedic surgeons, and allied health professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

This full-time, on-site position requires NJ PA license and NCCPA certification, with prescriptive authority within 30 days of hire. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Physician Assistant license required.
• Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) through NCCPA.
• ARC-PA accredited degree.
• 1–3 years experience as a Certified Physician Assistant.
• Prescriptive authority required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients and understand their goals.
• Perform physical assessments and consult with interdisciplinary team.
• Execute care plans and procedures per standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with medical doctors, surgeons, and other clinicians.
• Document care activities and monitor outcomes for quality improvement.
• Lead patient education and coordinate across disciplines.
