Spectrum Healthcare Resources seeks an Orthopedic Physician Assistant to lead outpatient orthopedic care for a population of over 28,000 active-duty military members at Fairfax Health Center, Fairfax, VA. The role offers Monday–Friday hours, no on-call, and a collaborative team in a mission-focused environment.

Expect to work with Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and casting technicians, handling pediatric cases to complex fractures with autonomy and strong support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program.
• NCCPA certification required.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. state license and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum orthopedic care in a general practice setting.
• Treat sports injuries, overuse syndromes, and acute musculoskeletal trauma.
• Handle fracture care, splinting, casting, and dislocations.
• Perform wound care, debridement, and foreign body removal.
• Support pediatric orthopedics and scoliosis evaluations.
• Deliver urgent and follow-up care with autonomy.

Requirements
