The CORE Institute isseekingahighly qualified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner whowishesto be part of a dynamic and integrated team dedicated to delivering the best in Vein Health in our Arizona markets. This provider will collaborate with our Vascular Physicians in managing chronic venous disease. Experience is preferred although we are willing to train the right candidate with 2+ years of clinical experience.

This position is full-time, clinic-based, with the opportunity for procedural assisting. The weekly schedule is four days per week, in office, with a day of administrative time. There is opportunity for productivity-based bonus, as well as additional stipends. Call is minimal and can be taken remotely, in rotation with the other APPs on the team.

The ideal candidates will have a demonstrated track record of excellence in clinical care, integration with clinical quality standards, and fostering a high level of teamwork with colleagues. There are also ample opportunities for an academically active clinical practice involved in resident and fellow education as well as engaging in teaching highly qualified candidates.
