SynergenX is looking to hire a PRN Mid-Level Provider for the South Houston Region to Float mainly between Sugarland, Galleria, Friendswood, Webster and Katy.

Low T Center, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.

Mid-Level Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido)

Candidates must have excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically savvy, and able to effectively manage staff and operations at their location.

Qualifications

• Active TX NP or PA license in good standing
• Current DEA license or eligible
• Must be able to work at least 2 Saturdays per month (8am-12pm). Some weekday availability is preferred.

Training requirements: Must be able to complete 2 full weeks, 10 Consecutive business days (M-F) of paid in clinic training!!

Clini Hours of Operation

Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday 8:00AM - 12:00pm

Closed from 1:30 PM - 2 PM for lunch
