NextCare Urgent Care in Marble Falls, TX is hiring a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a fast-paced, well-supported urgent care team. Youll work three 12-hour shifts weekly with no after-hours tasks and great schedule planning.

You will evaluate patients of all ages, manage acute illnesses and injuries, provide occupational health services, and perform urgent care procedures as needed. Join a large nationwide network with strong leadership support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA licensure.
• FNP certification required for Nurse Practitioners.
• NCCPA certification required for Physician Assistants.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages; BLS certified; DOT certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting.
• Manage acute illnesses and injuries with evidence-based care.
• Provide occupational health services when needed.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies and tests.
• Perform urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting and wound care as applicable.

This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, variety, and work-life balance while practicing in a fast-paced, well-supported urgent care environment. Full-time clinicians typically work three 12-hour shifts per week, with monthly schedules released in advance and no after-hours tasks.

In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients of all ages, manage acute illnesses and injuries, provide occupational health services, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and perform urgent care procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care as applicable.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license
• FNP certification required for Nurse Practitioners

• Active DEA license, or ability to obtain
• Ability to treat patients of all ages
• Active BLS certification
• DOT certification, or willingness to obtain
• Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast-track experience is preferred, along with strong procedural skills and experience with initial x-ray interpretation.
