Job Description

Providence Medical Group and St. Joseph Hospital are seeking a standout Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Emergency Medicine team in stunning Eureka, CA. The Value of Working with Us
  • Part-time, 30 hours per week
  • Day (9am – 7pm) and Swing (11am – 9pm) Shifts Available
  • 1-2 years of experience in Emergency Medicine required
  • Applicants must have Pediatric training and experience
  • Required training: ACLS & PALS/APLS
  • The group includes both physicians and advanced practice providers creating a collaborative, supportive and collegial work environment
  • Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
  • Compensation is between $178,771 and $226,095 per year (salary is based on full-time)

The posted compensation reflects the starting range of total pay and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with California State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
