Mercy Clinic Breast Surgery - Sindelar Cancer Center in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Breast Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to manage an independent patient panel within our High-Risk Breast Program and provide follow-up care for breast surgery patients.

The role emphasizes survivorship care, high-risk breast management, patient education, and coordination of care across the continuum within a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced Practitioner experience in Breast Surgery or related fields.
• Experience with survivorship care and high-risk breast management is preferred.
• Ability to manage an independent patient panel within a high-volume clinic.

Responsabilités

• Maintain an independent panel of patients within the High-Risk Breast Program.
• Provide follow-up care for breast surgery patients and survivorship services.
• Coordinate care across the continuum and educate patients on treatment plans.

is powered by 3 Physicians, 1 Advanced Practitioner, and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.

Previous Advanced Practitioner experience in Breast Surgery, Breast Health, Women's Health, OB/GYN, or any other surgical specialties with significant women's health exposure is strongly preferred.

This advanced practitioner will maintain an independent panel of patients within our High-Risk Breast Program while also providing follow-up care for breast surgery patients. Responsibilities include survivorship care, high-risk breast management, post-operative follow-up, symptom management, patient education, and coordination of care across the continuum

This Opportunity Offers

• Hours: Monday-Fri 8am-4pm
• Full-time position - 40hrs/week
• Outpatient Clinic
• Opportunity to build own patient panel as well as close collaboration with providers to provide care
• No weekend or call requirement
