The role supports an outpatient patient base with a strong administrative team to shape your clinical approach.

The position offers a hospital-employed track with a guaranteed base salary plus incentive package, flexible scheduling, and on-site collaboration with a physician and office staff.

Qualifications

• Outpatient primary care setting experience preferred.
• Team-based practice with hospital affiliation.
• Experience with EMR systems (Epic) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services within hospital-affiliated group.
• Collaborate with administrative team to shape practice workflows and schedules.
• Share on-call duties at a light frequency (1/6 weekends, phone only).

We are hiring a Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for full-time permanent opportunity with a Hospital based out patient practice in the beautiful Hudson Valley region of NY!

This is a position for an outpatient practitioner. The applicant would be part of a hospital owned primary care group practice. You will have the support of a strong administrative Team! Our aim is to help you shape your practice style! This provider will be joining 1 full time physician, and a office support staff!

We offer flexible scheduling with a call scheduled of 1/6 weekends. (phone call only, very light).

Start Date: As soon as you are able, we are flexible!
