Qualificações

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse / Nurse Practitioner (APRN / NP).
• South Dakota licensure (or eligible to obtain).
• Cardiovascular or vascular medicine experience preferred.
• Procedural APP experience and/or endovenous ablation experience a plus.
• Collaborative, self‑directed, and team‑oriented mindset.

Black Hills Heart and Vascular Institute, a premier private cardiology and vascular medicine group in Rapid City, SD, is seeking an experienced, motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our rapidly growing independent practice.

This is a hands‑on, procedural Advanced Practice Provider (APP) role — not a pure clinic position. You will work alongside our interventional cardiologists in the outpatient clinic, assist with vascular and cardiovascular procedures in our private ambulatory procedure centre, and take full clinical ownership of our active endovenous ablation program.
