Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care, in partnership with UPMC Health System, is expanding in the greater Pittsburgh area and across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. We’re seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join the GoHealth Urgent Care team.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and a collaborative clinical environment with EPIC EMR, on‑site X-ray and POC testing. Minimums include a Master’s degree with NCCPA (PA) or ANCC/AANP (NP), and 1 year EM or 2 years Urgent Care

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time experience in Emergency Medicine or 2 years of Urgent Care required.
• 2 years of Family Medicine experience accepted.
• Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification for PAs; Master’s and ANCC/AANP for NPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services to patients in the Pittsburgh area and PA/WV sites.
• Perform minor procedures (suturing, casts, splints) and interpret EKGs/X-rays.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff in an on-site clinical team.

We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care in the greater Pittsburgh area, and locations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time experience in Emergency Medicine or 2 years of Urgent Care setting experience required. Will consider 2 years of Family Medicine experience.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required.
• Experience treating patients newborn and up in an acute care setting required.
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP Certification is required.
