Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners for Saturday and Sunday weekend Warrior shifts in the greater Pittsburgh area and across PA/WV. A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 is offered, with on-site EPIC EMR, X-ray, and POC testing supporting efficient care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time Emergency Medicine or 2 years Urgent Care experience required.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints).
• Experience treating patients newborn and up in an acute care setting.
• PA: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification required. NP: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
• Collaborate with on-site Rad Tech and Medical Assistants as a clinical team leader.
• Deliver high-quality patient care and ensure safe, efficient flow in busy centers.

We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care in the greater Pittsburgh area, and locations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time experience in Emergency Medicine or 2 years of Urgent Care setting experience required. Will consider 2 years of Family Medicine experience.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required.
• Experience treating patients newborn and up in an acute care setting required.
• Physician Assistants: Master's degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
• Nurse Practitioners: Master's degree and ANCC or AANP Certification is required.
