Job summary

One Health in Belgrade, MT is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Belgrade clinic. You will provide comprehensive primary care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and develop treatment plans for patients of all ages in a rural community.

We offer a competitive salary ($105,083.00 for new graduates; $119,204.80–$123,905.60/yr DOE), a full benefits package, relocation reimbursement, NHSC loan repayment eligibility, and a structured Transition

Qualifications

• Licensed in Montana as a PA or FNP.
• Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA.
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of clinical experience, DOT certification (or ability to obtain).
