Job summary

Wellstar Medical Group in Warm Springs, Georgia, seeks a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our LTAC team. This full-time role features seven days on / seven days off and 12-hour shifts, with Epic EMR and a comprehensive benefits package including a 403(b) with employer match.

Ideal candidates have Georgia licensure or eligibility, 2+ years of acute care experience, and demonstrated ability to care for medically complex adults in post-acute

• A minimum of two years of acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Current Georgia licensure or eligibility for Georgia licensure
• Demonstrated competency in the clinical skills required for the position
• A minimum of three (2) years of acute care experience is preferred
• Experience caring for medically complex adult patients in a post-acute or LTAC environment strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
