Ideal candidates have Georgia licensure or eligibility, 2+ years of acute care experience, and demonstrated ability to care for medically complex adults in post-acute

Qualifications

• Board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.
• Current Georgia licensure or eligibility for Georgia licensure.
• A minimum of two years of acute care experience preferred.
• Experience caring for medically complex adult patients in a post-acute or LTAC environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
