Joining an established orthopedic program, the Orthopedic Physician Assistant will practice across outpatient evaluation, perioperative care, surgical support, follow-up, and care coordination. This surgical and clinical practice is supported by a collaborative orthopedic team committed to patient-centered care, efficient workflow, and continuity throughout the episode of care. Working directly with orthopedic physicians, nursing, rehabilitation, imaging, and ancillary services, the PA will help manage daily priorities, advance quality improvement, and strengthen the patient experience in a beautiful Eastern Sierra setting.

The Orthopedic Surgery PA will work under designated clinical and administrative leadership while maintaining meaningful authority within the approved scope of practice. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, assisting with treatment planning and procedures, supporting operative care as credentialed, monitoring recovery, facilitating referrals, and communicating clinical changes to the appropriate physician. Through visible interdisciplinary collaboration, this provider will also help improve clinic flow, support staff development, reinforce evidence-based standards, and align orthopedic services with broader organizational goals.
