Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant in the California mountain region to provide clinic-based assessment, perioperative care, and procedural support across the musculoskeletal continuum.

You will collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams, guiding patient flow, care coordination, and standardization of practice while enjoying meaningful autonomy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be an advanced practice provider with orthopedic focus.
• Experience in clinic-based assessment and perioperative care.
• Ability to lead care coordination and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Clinic-based assessment, perioperative care, procedural support, follow-up, and coordination across the musculoskeletal continuum.
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, nursing, rehabilitation, imaging, and ancillary teams to maintain efficient workflows and high-quality care.
• Provide operational ownership and influence day-to-day practice decisions.
