The role includes night shifts, 12-hour rotations, and on-call coverage. Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatment planning with physicians, writing orders, and participating in rounds to ensure optimal outcomes.

The Royal Oak SICU team is a dynamic, high-acuity service within a Level I Trauma Center, providing comprehensive surgical critical care to the region’s most severely injured and complex patients. This team is composed of highly skilled APPs and Physicians who work collaboratively to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a fast-paced academic and trauma-intensive environment. This team is seeking highly motivated, team-oriented APPs who thrive in a Level I trauma environment and are committed to professional growth, clinical excellence, and delivering outstanding care to critically ill patients.
