Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant in Virginia (or eligible for licensure).
• Neurology or sleep medicine experience is a plus — not required; training provided.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive neurological evaluations, including histories and exams.
• Partner with physicians to establish diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Coordinate care, manage medications and therapies for patients.
• Educate patients and document thoroughly in the EMR.
• Deliver longitudinal care and arrange referrals as needed.
