This full-time position involves providing advanced care to neonates and requires a MS degree, prior NICU experience or willingness to complete the Neonatal PA Fellowship Program, and NCCPA board certification. Due to ongoing growth and expansion, the hospital is currently seeking experienced Physician Assistants to join its collaborative NICU team and provide advanced care to patients within the large, Level IV NICU.

About the role
  • Full‑time (1.0FTE), 12‑hour rotating day/night shifts with weekend and holiday coverage (as needed).
  • Collaborate with physicians while working autonomously as an independent provider.
  • Manage acutely ill and convalescing neonates from admission to discharge in a supportive team‑based environment.
  • All pediatric specialties represented, including ECMO, BPD, and surgical.
  • Opportunities to attend weekly neonatal and surgery continuing education seminars and monthly Neonatal Practitioner education series.
  • No transport responsibilities.
What you must have (prior to start date)
  • MS degree or higher.
  • Prior NICU experience – or – Willing to complete an in‑house Neonatal PA Fellowship Program.
  • NCCPA board certification.
  • Excellent salary with ALL advanced practice experience calculated.
  • Salary includes recognition of off‑shift differentials.
