Qualifications

Your Role: Primary Care Physician Assistant – Community Care

As a licensed, certified Physician Assistant, you will independently deliver a broad scope of primary care services for patients of all ages in mobile clinic settings. This includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and post-discharge support for vulnerable populations.

Location: Dallas, TX + 5 Surrounding Counties
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend community events

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform comprehensive or problem-focused health assessments
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
  • Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and care teams
  • Educate and counsel patients on disease management, medications, lifestyle, and prevention
  • Perform in-scope procedures (as credentialed and delegated)
  • Document care in EMRs and coordinate appropriate referrals
  • Support population health initiatives and quality care metrics
  • Foster long-term patient relationships and community trust

QUALIFICATIONS
