Job description

The Physician Assistant assists, monitors, and manages the day-to-day needs of patients as requested by, in conjunction with, and under the supervision of a physician. Performs the duties and responsibilities of a Physician Assistant according to customary and generally accepted medical standards.

Previous Acute Care-ICU experience required. ACLS, BLS required. NCCPA certification preferred.

Shift needed:

• 8pm-6am 4 days per week.
• The PA will be covering ICU/SDU.
• No OR coverage.
• Manage ICU and step down area and assist with any admissions overnight.
• The PA will collaborate with the on call ICU intensivist
