Job summary

A Skilled Nursing Facility in Beachwood, OH is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary and post-acute care to geriatric patients. The role features a Monday-Friday schedule with no call, nights, or weekends, plus 4 weeks PTO and 1 week CME, and full benefits.

The NP/PA will administer provider-level direct patient care within the Skilled Nursing Facility, collaborating with a team to support comprehensive geriatric care.

Qualifications

• NP or PA licensure in good standing.
• Experience delivering primary/post-acute geriatric care is preferred.
