Qualifications

• Must hold a current valid medical license in the State of Texas (PA or FNP).
• Licensed Physician Assistant in Texas.
• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Texas are encouraged to apply.
• Primary care or family medicine experience required.
• Complies with all relevant laws, regulations and policies.
• Contributes to a safe working environment.

• Demonstrated leadership, teaching, evaluation and communication skills.

Responsibilities
