Penn State Health is looking for an advanced practice provider to join the pediatric team at Hershey Medical Center. SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The role of the advanced practice provider will help the division of Inpatient Pediatrics provide care to a growing general inpatient pediatric population. It will help us maintain provider: patient ratios, on the resident service, which are ideally 10-12 patients per attending. This will require each FTE APP approximately 1840 hours per year/12-14 shifts per month.
