Meritus Health in Hagerstown, MD seeks a Full-Time Physician Assistant to join our Hospitalist team at Meritus Medical Center. Block scheduling designed to support work-life balance and a collaborative hospitalist environment.

This role offers involvement in teaching through residency programs, a closed ICU with intensivist support, and opportunities with new academic initiatives while delivering patient-centered, team-based inpatient care.

Qualifications

• Hospital medicine or inpatient experience preferred.
• Eligible for Maryland state licensure.
• Current DEA registration and CDS permit required.
• BLS and ACLS certification per policy.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Join a hospitalist team at Meritus Medical Center and participate in inpatient rounds.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
• Engage in teaching and academic involvement through residency programs.
