Job summary
Gilder Search Group is seeking a Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner for an opportunity in the Seattle area. This role focuses on Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care and welcomes both experienced providers and new graduates.
You will perform clinic visits, follow ups, and established visits, coordinating care with a focus on treatment plans and patient concerns. Typical daily patient load is around 16, with a schedule Monday through Friday and potential remote work.
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
- NCCPA certified
- Master Degree
- Active Physician Assistant License
- Active Certification as an Adult NP and Licensed
- Experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
- Hold DEA license
