Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license (FNP).
• Active, unrestricted state PA license (if PA path).
• DOT certification within 30 days of employment.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to obtain multi‑state licensure as needed.
• Vaccination administration and safe injection practices.
• Bilingual ability may be required depending on market needs.
• Ability to work onsite at assigned clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide both in‑person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient health outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and care coordination with other healthcare professionals.
• Engage patients in wellness services, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings.
• Complete essential clinic operations: inventory, opening/closing, follow‑up, insurance verification, and payments.
• Maintain a safe care environment with timely patient appointments.
