Services include annual physical examinations, routine health screenings, preventive care, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute illnesses for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. To enhance practice operations, increase patient access, and deliver an exceptional patient experience, this role will include a combination of traditional primary care visits and same-day sick appointments. Providers practice autonomously at the top of their licensure while collaborating closely as part of a supportive, team-based care model.
We are seeking an experienced, full-time 40-hour Physician Assistant to support our office located at 981 Worcester Street in Wellesley, MA. We are open to our patients Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position includes 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of administrative time each week. This provider's administrative day will either be on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
The Physician Assistant (PA) is a licensed provider. The PA is responsible for the assessment and management of various populations of patients, medical and/or surgical, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, development of appropriate plans of care and ongoing evaluation. May also perform additional duties, such as precepting a small group of learners.
