Job summary

PeaceHealth Peace Harbor Medical Center on the Oregon Coast is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join the Emergency department in Florence, Oregon. You will work alongside Emergency Medicine boarded physicians, covering 12-hour shifts with the ED team and using EPIC EMR for charting.

Join a collaborative ED team with in-house hospitalists, 24/7 radiology, and ultrasound on call at night, serving a scenic coastal community with abundant outdoor recreation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Physician Assistant in an Emergency department.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Collaborative team player in high-acuity setting.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Emergency Medicine boarded physicians.
• Collaborate with hospitalists for patient care.
• Support ED operations during trauma and night shifts.

Peace Harbor Medical Center is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join the Emergency department in Florence, Oregon

• Work alongside Emergency Medicine boarded physicians


• 12-hour shifts (10 to 10 mid shift)


• EPIC EMR


• 24/7 in house hospitalists


• Radiology services 24/7


• Ultrasound on call during night


• 2 trauma bays


• Collaborative Emergency Department team

• Hourly wage: 0-3 YOE = $82.20; 3-5 YOE = $84.66/hr; 5-10 YOE = $89.31/hr; 10+ YOE = $98.31/hr
