PeaceHealth Florence is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant for a 0.8–1.0 FTE role located in Florence, Oregon, on the Oregon coast. The position features an Inbox Clinician program and a Clinician Well-being program to support clinician wellness.

We offer a first-year salary guarantee of $147,000 based on a 1.0 FTE, along with a competitive production-based pay system, relocation assistance, education loan reimbursement, full malpractice coverage, and comprehensive benefits including
