Job summary

Excelis Medical Associates (EMA) in the Tampa Bay area is seeking full-time and part-time Physician Assistants to join our emergency medicine team at St. Joseph's Hospital Main - Tampa, St. Joseph's Hospital North - Lutz, St.

Joseph's Hospital South - Riverview, and BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel. Work alongside experienced emergency physicians in community, trauma, and stroke center environments. We welcome both experienced PAs and new graduates, offering training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Physician Assistant license.
• NCCPA certification.
• EM, Critical Care, Urgent Care, or related experience preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute conditions.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
• Provide care across a variety of medical and surgical presentations.
• Work as part of a collaborative emergency medicine team.
• Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered emergency care.
• Work effectively in both community and higher-acuity emergency settings.

We are seeking full-time and part-time Physician Assistants to join our growing team at:
