NP Now is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our general dermatology practice across Medina, Brunswick, and Strongsville, Ohio. This full-time role offers 4- or 5-day workweeks with a comprehensive 6-month training program before you build your own patient panel.

Physician Assistant – General Dermatology in Medina, Brunswick & Strongsville, Ohio | Full-Time. Join a thriving, family-owned dermatology practice with extensive training, experienced providers, and strong work-life balance.

About the Practice: Proudly serving Northeast Ohio since 1978. As a private, physician-owned practice, they provide medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services to more than 100,000 patients annually. The collaborative team includes board-certified dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, physician assistants, nurses, and an onsite dermatopathologist, supported by scribes, medical assistants, and an experienced administrative team.

Compensation & Benefits

• 4-day schedule: Base salary of $140,000
• 5-day schedule: Base salary of $160,000
• 22% production bonus after collection thresholds are met

Your Role

• Full-time position with 4- or 5-day workweek options
• Complete a comprehensive 6-month training program before building your own patient panel

• Review biopsy and laboratory results with patients
• Complete accurate medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care
• Travel between the Medina, Brunswick, and Strongsville offices

Qualifications

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Minimum of 3 years of Physician Assistant experience required
• Interest in practicing general dermatology (dermatology experience welcomed but not required)
• Willingness to work at the Medina, Brunswick, and Strongsville locations
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
