Responsibilities

• Deliver adjunctive treatments such as biostimulators, skin boosters, and PRP.
• Recognize and manage injectable complications, escalating per practice protocol.
• Document treatments, product lots, and photography per practice standards.

There is no base salary and no hourly rate. Compensation is entirely production-based — you earn a percentage of the collections generated by the patients you treat.* You are paid on what you produce, with no ceiling.* The practice provides the facility, equipment, clinical and front-office support, scheduling, and patient flow.* You retain control of your schedule and clinical judgment within the practice's protocols.* The specific percentage varies by role and service line and is discussed during the interview process.As an independent contractor you are responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and professional liability coverage.
